Return and Exchange Policy

Our valued customers can request replacements or returns within a period not exceeding 24 hours from the date of order
receipt, subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. The items intended for replacement or return must be in good condition, displayable, and accompanied by the original 
   purchase receipt.
   
2. The items intended for replacement or return ​must not conform to the specifications.
   
   

General Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:

The buyer bears the costs associated with returns, shipping, delivery, and any other expenses incurred in returning 
the product to the company. In the case of a return, the value of the merchandise will be refunded using the same
 payment method used for the original purchase.
